I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The all-inclusive price was fantastic, and I will definitely be booking again next year. The room was a bit warm because it's close to the lounge, but overall, it was excellent in every way. The location is stunning near Playa Blanca beach, and I had a great time at the quiet pool. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The dining options were varied and delicious, especially the fresh juices and salad choices.
The hotel offers a lovely and spacious room with a great bed and sofa bed, but service can be inconsistent. The location is convenient with various amenities nearby, yet the dining options could use improvement.
I stayed in a 1 Bed Suite in Block 5, which was very spacious and had a comfortable bed with a great view over the Spa pool. The room had its own adult swimming pool and sunbathing area with a dining area and bar. The location is great and offers comfortable sun beds, but there are not enough sun beds for the number of guests. The dining experience was good, especially at the buffet restaurants. The service was outstanding, with helpful and attentive staff available for various needs such as room service, car hire, and housekeeping.
